An Iowa Organic family raising Red Deer (Stags) for venison. We do not use antibiotics, no added hormones, no tranquilizers, our meat is USDA inspected and it is labeled "All Natural". We sell over our web site, at the Des Moines Farmers Marekt, and at the farm. Restaurants from Chicago, Twin Cities, and Anchorage Alaska use our Bur Oaks Venison.
