The Riverside Cottage is a super clean & charming, newly remodeled one bedroom cottage and two full size sofa sleepers. We provide a bed and a bath and everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Our rental property is fully equipped with a stove, air-conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, flatware, dishes, and cookware for basic cooking. Please feel free to bring any other personal kitchen equipment or supplies. Coffee, teas, and baked good will be waiting for you to enjoy.
TV & VCR is also at the cottage with several movies. A starter supply of the following, toilet tissue, facial tissues, bath soap, dish soap & garbage bags. These supplies will get you started so you don't have to run to the store upon arrival.
Relax and enjoy spending time in beautiful historic downtown Guttenberg, Iowa. This cottage holds a great view of the Mississippi River and Lock and dam #10. Plenty of off street parking for you to bring your boat along.
