A working goat herd used for agri-forestry brush clearing, beef cattle on pasture, access to equine scheduled trail rides, horse trailer parking, hotels in Muscatine 8 miles west, hilly farm fields now in conservation program.

We have areas for long hikes and trail rides, outdoor music, wildlife, tree identification, native grasses, clear streams, apprenticeships available for re-establish bob white quail on the 200 acre site with wild black berries, goose berries, mulberries.
