The Visit Iowa Farms Program with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is hosting a second Exploring Iowa Agritourism Ventures Bus Tour on Monday, August 28, 2023 at five locations in central Iowa. The bus will depart from Ames at 8:30 AM and return to Ames at 4:30 PM.
The tour will feature 5 agritourism businesses:
- Willow Flower Farm, Prole
- Kaysen Family Farms, St. Charles
- Lone Oaks Farm, Winterset
- Speckled Hens Farm, Winterset
- Rinehart's Family Farm, Boone
Funding for the event is provided by NCR-SARE and USDA-NIFA.
