Tassel Ridge Winery is a local team with focus on producing local wines. In Mahaska County, Iowa, on 56 acres, vineyards grow 13 different varieties of grapes. All wines are made and bottled at the Winery except for the three fun fizzy "Oskyfizzante", which are bottled after carbonating at Sutliff Cider. Take a Grapemobile tour of the vineyard for an outdoor garden experience that can't be beat. Questions are encouraged and answered with thorough explanations. Enjoy the outdoor patio, listen to music, have a picnic of bread and cheeses available at the Winery. Cheeses are locally made, from Maytag Blue Cheese, Frisian Farms Gouda, to Milton Creamery, home of Prairie Delight Cheeses. Wines by the glass and summer fun drinks available include a Wine-A-Rita, a Cosmo-Rita, or a Peach Bellini.
