Blueberry Bottom is an organic U-Pick operation in Jefferson County, Iowa. Over 2000 blueberry plants are cared for by Kim and Steve Andersen. U-Pick occurs during June and July typically. Additionally, organically grown strawberries are also offered for sale at the Blueberry Bottom Farm Stand. The Andersen's are also a hub for other local organic growers as they sell local produce and products from neighbors, family, and friends the Blueberry Bottom farm stand.

Grand View Beef is a 100% grass fed and finished beef ranch owned and operated by the Severson family in Clarion, Iowa. Join them every summer for their highly anticipated farm to table dinner series, where attendees are led on a tour of the ranch by owners, Knute and Amanda, before taking a seat at a long table set in the pasture for a four course meal prepared by a guest chef featuring Grand View Beef and other local producers. We are a family owned business for 30 years. Our spring starts with a full access to 4 greenhouses full of baskets, vegetable and flower transplants, perennials, trees and shrubbery. Local produce is grown and sold on our farm during the summer, which leads us into fall with acres of pumpkins and squash. Also at this time, our greenhouses are full of mums, grasses and asters. Lastly, we offer cider donuts made on site daily right in our kitchen area inside retail store.

In 2011, two NE Iowa families, decided the time was right to enter the local food market with dairy products made from milk produced on their farms. WW Homestead Dairy is owned by Tom Weighner, Paul Weighner, and Tom Walleser. Between the three of them they have over 90 years of experience in the dairy industry. “We work hard to produce dairy products that are natural, have great flavor & taste, and are as fresh as possible,” say the WW Homestead Dairy owners.

Zihlman Orchard is a 5-acre orchard located on Yew Avenue, just south of Highway 78 between Brighton and Coppock, Iowa in Jefferson Country. We started the orchard in 2014 by planting 400 trees and shrubs. Chinese chestnuts, hazelnuts, Iowa persimmons, and pawpaw is what we began with. In the last three years, we have also grown pumpkins, melons, and winter squash. We use all organic practices, no spraying of any chemicals. We do graze sheep during the spring and summer in our orchard. All of our crops are harvested starting in early September through early November.
